My name is Fabrice Akakpo and I am the Founder and Director of AGFACHELSEAPARTNERS LTD.

I discovered Recruitment in 2011 in London when I was hired as researcher in a recruitment company specialised in pharmaceutical professionals’ recruitment.

In simple terms, recruitment consists of searching and finding a candidate that is as close as possible to the desired profile for a position to fill.

As far as Human Resources are concerned, recruitment is the one element that allows the organisation to acquire the talents it needs to prosper.

Succeeding in recruitment requires a rigorous approach in various steps including in selecting the candidates based on their profiles matching the clients’ requirements but also based on their motivation to be part of the companies’ global project.

Managing the recruitment process itself is an integral part of the success of a placement.

It includes agreeing on the T&Cs of business with the client, advertising the job, approaching candidates, selecting candidates, collecting personal information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and regulations. It also means organising interviews, managing responds to candidates, updating clients and finalising the commercial transaction with the client.
